convenient stay near station
great location friendly staff
The location suited my needs well as it was right next to the station. friendly staff accommodated my luggage for a few hours. This helped me explore the area before my flight. i got upgraded to an executive suite.
I could hear the underground trains. it was directly below and i could feel it. the room never got very warm. It cooled down to 19 degrees no matter the heating setting.

the staff are pleasing and very helpful when needed, especially the reception team and the concierge at the door. they gave me directions, answered all my questions, and assisted with storing my luggage efficiently.

The reception team was super friendly. zakaria and abdul gave excellent support, i appreciate it. my room included complimentary chocolates, and i loved it. also, prosecco was in the room. A great treat, i enjoyed it.
the door man looked intimidating, you know. it seemed like night club security and not cute people. the bathroom plug was broken, really disappointing. it could not close at all after repair, i couldn't use the bath as designed.

My room had complimentary drinks, a nice touch. The location is convenient, very close to Paddington station. Staff members were friendly and always ready to help with any questions I had. I appreciated the breakfast options offered each morning.
